Fire Fairy Costume

Award winning Renaissance Faire and Cosplay Fire Fairy costume. Professionally constructed with only the finest materials. Costume consists of six components.

1) Dress-Figure flattering fire themed angle empire waist lined dress made by an award winning 20 year veteren bridal seamstress. Lattice work sleeves are encrusted with red and orange Swarovski flat back crystals and acesorized with high quality millinery leaves,and beading. Angled empire waist beautifully decorated with coordinating gold bullion fire red and orange crystal imported Indian wedding sari trim. The realistic looking fire skirt is knee length in front and gradually goes longer in back and is made of several top quality silk and poly sheer fabrics with coordinating fire themed colors to give dimension and texture.

2) Wings- 4ft x 4ft span fitted with fabric lined sturdy harness . Made of irridescent heat fusible Angelina film and steel guage wire. Wing tips and base are beaded,artistically hand painted and hand candle burned for that tattered fire effect, and trimmed in millinery leaves, beads , and topped off in the middle near base with an exquisite orange stoned and gold brooch.

3) Crown- Decorated with finest millinery leaves,flowers,beaded ribbon, encrusted with fire red and orange costume jewels.

4) Slippers- Red and gold bullion beaded imported Indian dancing slippers embellished with coordinating millenary and fire red jewels.

5) Drawstring purse- Lined with quality material. Deep red colored satin, trimmed with gold bullion and intricate beads in floral motif.

6) Necklace and earrings- Orange,red, and yellow Swaroski crystal fashioned in gold tone setting forming a fabulous chandilier pattern.

At the events that we attended and competed at with these costumes, we were constantly bombarded with admirers, picture takers, and adoring children. Every costume contest we entered (there were three of them) we awarded top titles. Poor judges were always torn between our two costumes for grand prizes! I put endless hours and meticulous work into my art. I enjoy what I do and I am very passionate for perfection.
